Asset-Backed Private Mortgage REIT
Jaguar partners with a leading direct lending platform for residential property investors. With over 10 years of experience, the platform has originated more than $20 billion in loans, focused on short-duration, first-lien mortgage loans used for the acquisition and rehabilitation of single-family residential properties across the United States.
Multifamily Value-Add
Jaguar’s Multifamily Value-Add strategy targets the acquisition and renovation of outdated, under-maintained free-market multifamily buildings in New York City (Manhattan and Brooklyn). The strategy focuses on repositioning through unit renovations, common-area improvements, and professionalized management, enhancing rental income and generating attractive risk-adjusted returns. Jaguar’s current portfolio includes three properties, with one asset successfully exited.
Multifamily Special Situations
Jaguar’s Multifamily Special Situations strategy focuses on acquiring underperforming, institutional-quality multifamily assets across the Sunbelt, sourced directly from banks outside of brokered processes. Prolonged elevated interest rates have created a compelling opportunity to acquire assets below replacement cost. The strategy is anchored in re-stabilizing distressed assets by normalizing operations. Jaguar’s current portfolio includes over 1,300 units across Florida, Georgia, and Texas.
